The 2017 Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) Energy Management Leadership Awards program has now launched. The CEM invites companies to compete for this prestigious global award by sharing their experiences and successes in implementing energy management strategies through ISO 50001.

For 2017, participation will be encouraged from a broader range of sectors, taking in more energy-intensive industrials, commercial buildings, universities, government buildings, water/wastewater facilities and more.

Any organisation with a current, third-party-verified ISO 50001 certificate is eligible to participate.

Major winners will be honoured at the Clean Energy Ministerial in China in mid-2017. The event will gather clean-energy leaders and partners from around the world, including energy ministers from the 24 governments active in CEM.

See Clean Energy Ministerial for more details including rules and how to apply.
